If you discover that your bike has been damaged, make an appointment as soon as possible at one of the 1,800 affiliated bike shops of Lease a Bike to fill in a damage form together. This is a digital form that the bike shop can find on the platform. After approval, the bike shop will repair the damage on-site. If this is not possible, you will receive a loan bike for a maximum of seven days if available at the bike shop. Your contract will continue as usual. For each damage incident, a deductible of €25 applies. You pay the deductible directly to the bike shop.
