Basic package: has a budget of €100 (incl. VAT) per year, which you can spend on service and maintenance.

Standard package: has a budget of €150 (incl. VAT) per year, which you can spend on service and maintenance.

Premium package: everything is reimbursed, so there are no risks (only available for e-bikes)

Speed pedelec package: has a budget of €300 (incl. VAT) per year reimbursed (including liability insurance)
*All service packages include all-risk insurance against damage and theft, and 24/7 repatriation service.
The Basic, Standard, and Speed pedelec packages are set up as annual budgets. At the end of the contract year (after 12 months), the budget expires. Therefore, it is recommended that the bike is properly maintained by the bike shop every 12 months.
