When your bike is due for maintenance, you can contact one of our 1.800 affiliated bike shops. You can make an appointment by phone or email at a time that suits you. Additionally, some bike shops offer the possibility to schedule maintenance online.
It is important to clearly indicate that it is a lease bike via Lease a Bike. Ensure you have your contract ID and the frame number of your bike on hand.
- You can find the contract ID in emails from support@mobility-services.bike or in your personal account on the platform. After logging in, click on 'Contracts' to open the contract; the contract number will be at the top.
- You can find the frame number and other details of your bike, including any accessories and the selected Service and Insurance Package, under the contact information.
