Within the service packages, repairs, annual maintenance, and/or service work caused by wear and tear that affect the safety or proper functioning of the lease bike are included.
The Basic, Standard, and Speed pedelec packages are set up as annual budgets. At the end of the contract year (after 12 months), the budget expires. Therefore, be sure to have your bike properly maintained every 12 months.
