After the report, the customer comes to your store to fill out a theft form together. It is important that VWPFS is mentioned as the insurance company and the owner of the bike.
You send this form to FietsROB. They are the point of contact and arrange further processing with our insurer. If the claim is approved, we will pay out the money within five working days.
In the meantime, you provide - as soon as possible - a comparable loaner bike for a maximum of seven days. The contract with the customer continues as usual.
