Unigarant offers worldwide coverage. You are therefore insured against damages and theft abroad.
Theft:
If your bike is stolen abroad, you must report this in the country it was stolen and have the frame number recorded on the police report. Upon return in the Netherlands you go to a Lease a Bike affiliated bike shop who will report this to us.
Damages:
If you sustain damages to your bike while abroad, you have to report this at a Lease a Bike affiliated shop upon your return. Unfortunately it is not possible to claim repairs made abroad on your service and maintenance package.
