Our goal is to relieve you of any worries. That’s why we provide all bikes from us with standard all-risk insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance. Additionally, your colleague needs to choose between the following maintenance packages at a competitive rate:
- Basic package: reimbursement up to €100 (incl. VAT) per year
- Standard package: reimbursement up to €150 (incl. VAT) per year
- Premium package: everything is covered, so there are no risks (only available for e-bikes) \
- Speed pedelec package: reimbursement up to €300 (incl. VAT) per year (including liability insurance)
The exact amount for the insurance depends on the price of the bike. The monthly service and insurance costs are included in the lease amount.
Note: The basic, standard, and speed pedelec packages are set up as annual budgets. At the end of the contract year (after 12 months), the budget expires. Therefore, it is recommended that the bike is properly maintained by the bike shop every 12 months.
