That depends on the type of service and maintenance package you have chosen:
Basic: all maintenance costs up to €100 per year are reimbursed;
Standard: all maintenance costs up to €150 per year are reimbursed;
Premium: all maintenance costs are reimbursed;
Speed pedelec: all maintenance costs up to €300 per year are reimbursed.
You will find your chosen service and maintenance package in the platform under 'contracts' > 'contract details'.
